I built Case Cars around the way I believe people should be looked after.

I’m Nick Case and for more than 25 years I’ve been helping people get where they need to be safely, comfortably and on time.

For me, Case Cars has never been about simply getting somebody from A to B. It’s about being there when I say I’ll be there, making the journey easy and giving people the reassurance that someone they can actually speak to is looking after the details.

How I’ve built Case Cars

One journey, one customer and one recommendation at a time.

I’ve spent more than two decades doing this and the thing I’m proudest of isn’t a number on a spreadsheet, it’s the customers who come back, the families who recommend me to somebody else and the people who trust me with the journey at the start and end of their holiday.

Most of my work today is pre-booked airport travel from Parbold and the surrounding areas. That means early starts, late-night arrivals, changing flight times and plenty of journeys where being dependable really matters.

I’ve deliberately kept Case Cars personal. I want you to know who you’re booking with, who you can call if you have a question and who is taking responsibility for getting the journey right.

Being there when I say I will.

Airport travel already comes with enough timings to think about. I want your pickup to be the part you don’t need to worry about.

Why I still keep it personal

I want you to know who is looking after your journey.

I know airport travel can be a big part of somebody’s holiday, family visit or business trip. Sometimes it starts very early in the morning. Sometimes you’re landing late after a long flight. That’s exactly when you want things to feel organised rather than uncertain.

So my promise is simple: I’ll treat your journey as if it were my own. I’ll keep communication clear, I’ll aim to make the journey comfortable and I’ll always try to give you the kind of service I’d want my own family to receive.

That’s what Case Cars means to me and it’s what I intend to keep building the business around.
